As a team we strive to provide an individualized plan of care using evidence based practice methodology with an emphasis on manual therapy techniques. This approach is coupled with exercises, patient education, as well as traditional and non-traditional modalities. Jeff Telemeco, PT, DPT, COMT, CMTPT ,and Stephen Boyer, PT are all licensed as “Direct Access” physical therapist’s, allowing them to evaluate and treat the community without the need of a referral from a primary care physician. However, we attempt to maintain a close relationship with our physicians by providing details regarding the musculoskeletal evaluation findings, proposed treatment, and plan of care. In addition we encourage all patients to see their physician regarding all medical issues.
